With over 20 years immersed in holistic therapies, I've cultivated a rich tapestry of experience that serves as the foundation for Pure Greene, a space to introduce the enriching power of Qigong, Holistic Creative Art Therapy, and other self-care modalities.

My teachings are more than just methods—they encapsulate a journey shaped by personal experiences. As I guide classes, courses, workshops, and multi-day retreats, my intention is to infuse each offering with a genuine sense of joy, reflecting my passion for these transformative practices. 

These sessions are not just about techniques; they are invitations to explore your own path of self-discovery. 

I carefully curate retreats as transformational journeys, giving you, the guest, dedicated time to delve deep into self-discovery and connect to your true essence.
