Qigong
Michelle will guide you daily in the philosophy and movements of this ancient Chinese practice, allowing you to truly immerse and become deeply aware of your mind and body. You will be gifted with the teachings of Ziran Qigong & and Radiant Lotus Women's Qigong to awaken your body’s innate immunity to dissolve stress, heal illness, prevent disease, and nourish your spirit.
Creativity
Guided creative art therapy sessions throughout the retreat will use colour and experimentation encouraging you to tap back into your creative self. You don’t need to be arty, just be open to having fun.
Sound Healing
Take a journey with Hayley Erin as you experience the vibrations of the Harp. A guided immersive session bringing the Samvahan principles of grounding, presence and intention to move, create and amplify vibrations in your body. Be ready to feel.

What will you eat

You will be nourished with whole foods that align with the seasons during your retreat. The food awakens your senses as the textures, flavours and colours explode your taste buds. Our organic, and locally sourced menus will leave you glowing, inside and out and are designed to complement the philosophies taught at the Retreat.

A delicious selection of meals will be served, with 3 meals offered each day, snacks, tea & coffee. Animal proteins are included in some meals, but you can select a plant-based menu if desired.

What do the days look like at the
Essence Women’s Retreat look like?
Day 1
Arrive paradise in the early afternoon. Take a tour of the stunning retreat property that you will call home for the next 4 days. Enjoy freshly prepared platters with a view of the lotus pond at the Welcome Gathering whilst enjoyed a talented musician to drop you in to your journey. Enjoy your first evening meal together as you become acquainted with your new retreat sisters.
Day 3
Move your body and learn a gentle detoxing routine before hearty breakfast.
Connect to your creative self with colour during a playful art session guided by Michelle.
Be enveloped in yumminess as you enjoy your chosen treatments and use of the retreat facilities. A sauna, spa, swim, walk or time to rest on one of the many shaded decks.
This afternoon you will open your senses. Feel and listen to the vibrations as Hayley guides us with her magical Harp sounds, an embodiment music experience as we immerse in the sounds of our deepest selves.

Day 2
Capture the Sunrise during morning Qigong / Gentle movement, followed by a breathwork & iceboat session then a warming, scrumptious breakfast on the deck. Get up to date with all the juicy info around your hormones, herbs, supplements and Chinese Medicine with our guest practitioner Be sure to bring your journal as you will want to record these longevity notes.
Connect to the elements with an immersion in water, a detox in the infrared sauna and a moment by the fire with your feet on the earth.
Allow your senses to dance as you dine at lunch before letting go as your body dances & feels.
Day 4
A morning full of surprises and reflections, perhaps a Sunrise walk. Learn one final self care technique to take home and then enjoy a special, celebration breakfast.
We have the entire morning to enjoy and explore Paradise before saying our goodbyes at midday.
Accommodation
You will sleep in a cosy bed with dreamy, luxe linens in a ensuited King suite, twin room in a private cottage, or quad share in a large studio with a bathroom. You will awake to the sounds of birds and the smell of nature, ready to start your day.

Q. What type of food will be served at the Retreat?
A. All meals are lovingly prepared and you will have the option of vegetarian, vegan or include meat. We aim for all organic, locally sourced, GF and can do our best to cater intolerances and allergies. We are eating with the seasons according to Traditional Chinese Medicine
Q. What is the closest Airport to the Retreat?
A. Sunshine Coast Airport is just 25 minutes. Brisbane Airport is 75 minutes.
Q. How do I arrange a transfer to the Retreat?
A. For small groups, We suggest contacting Airlink prior to your travel on https://www.airlinktransfers.com.au/, otherwise Uber and Taxi services leave regularly to and from Sunshine Coast airport.
Q. Do you offer private group or corporate Retreats?
A. Yes we do. Please reach out to michelle@puregreene.com.au and we can curate something together.
Q. What time can we check-in and check-out from the Retreat?
A. Check in time is from 2.00pm on Thursday and Check-out is 12 noon on Sunday. Retreat activities commence at 3.30pm on Thursday.
Q. What do I need to bring with me to the Retreat?
A. You will be sent a welcome pack 4 weeks out from your Retreat. This will include a suggested packing list.
Q. Do I need to participate in all the Retreat activities?
A.You are not obliged to participate in all activities, however for maximum benefits, we do recommend partaking in the whole program. You will be able to speak with us throughout to ensure you feel most comfortable
